Talked with Lizzy today after her doctor appointment. Doctor said she's dilated to 2 and might have a baby this weekend! He's going to try and get her squeezed in for an ultrasound and non-stress test today, if not today, then on Monday if she hasn't already delivered. Her next doctor's appointment is Wednesday and if she hasn't had the baby by then, he said he'll probably admit her to labor/delivery from his office and induce her since she'll be one week past her due date. I'm sooo excited! And so frustrated that I live so far away.
Lizzy and Matt are doing ok, but she's a nervous wreck and really wishing her mom and I didn't live so far away so one of us could be with her when she gets home with the baby. I can only get one weekend off from work, so best I can do is go down and stay with them for a week and a half. Bless her heart. If you don't mind, say a little prayer for them, ok? Thanks so much!!
